নপম ফাউন্ডেশনে আমাদের যাত্রা শুরু হয়েছিল একটি সহজ কিন্তু গভীর বিশ্বাস থেকে: সহমর্মিতা, শিক্ষা এবং সম্মিলিত দায়িত্ববোধ মানুষের জীবনকে বদলে দিতে পারে। প্রথম দিন থেকেই আমাদের লক্ষ্য ছিল সমাজের পাশে দাঁড়ানো, আশাকে লালন করা এবং যেখানে সবচেয়ে প্রয়োজন সেখানে সুযোগ সৃষ্টি করা।
আমরা প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ একটি ভবিষ্যৎ গড়তে—যেখানে প্রত্যেক মানুষ, তার পটভূমি নির্বিশেষে, মর্যাদা, জ্ঞান এবং ক্ষমতায়নের অধিকার পাবে। এই দৃষ্টিভঙ্গিই আমাদের কর্মসূচিকে পরিচালিত করে, আমাদের স্বেচ্ছাসেবকদের অনুপ্রাণিত করে এবং আমাদের অংশীদারিত্বকে দৃঢ় করে।
প্রতিষ্ঠাতা ও চেয়ারম্যান হিসেবে আমি আন্তরিক কৃতজ্ঞতা জানাই সকলকে, যারা আমাদের সঙ্গে এই পথে হাঁটছেন। আপনাদের আস্থা ও সমর্থন আমাদের প্রচেষ্টাকে শক্তি জোগায়, যাতে আমরা অর্থবহ পরিবর্তন আনতে পারি। একসাথে আমরা শুধু একটি সুন্দর আগামী কল্পনা করছি না—আমরা সেটি গড়ে তুলছি।

The Organization began in 2011, named Nobojagoron Pathak Mela as a platform for knowledge-sharing and cultural enrichment at the village Sagarkandi of Pabna district. Over time, recognizing the growing need for humanitarian service, founder poet Rezaul Karim Sheikh and his colleagues reshaped its mission. In 2023, Nobojagoron Pathak Mela transformed into the Nopom Foundation—an institution committed to both cultural pursuits and broader social welfare.
